A PC Paladin is particularly powerful due to Faith and Conviction scaling with personal dispositions.įighters, Barbarians, and Monks come next. The martials are all quite balanced, but the Ranger's pet means a cheap and renewable aggro bait with decent damage potential and some interesting tactical possibilities, making them the easiest and most manageable option. For the non-Vancian casters Chanter is also fantastic due to consistent abilities, easy martial backup and some truly amazing summons. Wizard has some amazing spells, but it's so much easier to die with them due to the lack of good healing or escaping abilities.
